Want to use your Out Of Network Benefits? Most insurance companies have great OON benefits and there are options to inquire about them!

I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. You can sign up using the link below or call and I can review them for you! 

A second option is to simply call your insurance carrier and inquire about Out Of Network, Behavioral Health, Telehealth benefits asking about codes 90791, 90837 and 90847.

Ask for the reimbursement rate for those codes.

How many sessions do I get under the benefit?

Is there a separate deductible? What is the copay once the deductible is met? 

How much of the deductible has been used to date?

Where does the bill need to be sent? Also, remember to request a claim form. 

I can provide you with a Superbill (invoice) for the insurance company.
